Ready Stock & Backorder
1. Ready stock products require 1-3 working day excluding weekends & public holidays.
2. Backorder product will takes around 7-18 days to arrive. We do not accpet urgent order for preorder products.
3. Arrival of products may be different under each individual items. Backorder and preorder items may be delay due to unforseen circumstances such as shipment delay, insufficient fabric. Insufficient stock may be further delayed or cancelled.
4. If order consist of both ready stock and backorder products, shipment will be shipped out once all items are available.
5. Separate shipment be requested by customer, customer will be charged and additional shipping fees.

Exchange Policy
1) Exchange size of bottom if only the size does not fit & you wish to exchange one size up / down based on the availabilty.
2) For exchange item, kindly drop us a message on instagram direct message (DM) within 3 days upon receiving your parcel.
3) In case , if the product has OUT OF STOCK we will convert to store credit.
